Our Family Court Supervised Access Services offer a safe, neutral, and supportive environment for court-ordered child access visits.
We ensure the emotional and physical safety of children while fostering meaningful contact with parents or family members in line with legal requirements.
All interactions are monitored by trained professionals who remain impartial, prioritising the best interests of the child at all times.

We work closely with families, legal representatives, and relevant agencies to coordinate visits, and provide clear communication.
Whether in a designated location or an agreed safe public space, our supervision aims to reduce conflict, ease tensions, and create opportunities for positive family interactions in a structured and respectful setting.

Fees

• $160 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours.

• Full payment is required prior to the commencement of supervised access.

• Cancellation policy:

  • Within 48 hours: 50% of the fee applies.

  • Within 24 hours: 100% of the fee applies.
